Welcome to the brand-new apartments in the "little pearl" of the Alps.
"The little pearl" - that's what the idyllic village of Maishofen is called, centrally located between the holiday hotspots of Zell am See Kaprun and the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn group of communities. In summer you can cycle to the lake, in winter you can reach the most attractive ski resorts of SalzburgerLand within a few minutes' drive - this makes Maishofen an insider tip for Almliesl's regular guests.
Situated in a sunny hillside location - the Bergern district, you are surrounded by a countryside idyll. A quiet residential area with traditional farms and meadows, pastures and forests. The trail network for hiking and mountain biking fans in summer, and for cross-country skiers and ski touring fans in winter is remarkable. Many of the trails and tracks start right outside your front door.

In summer, use your Guest Card for free public transport and admission to the Maishofen open-air pool. Kids and skiing novices can practice their first turns on the village's own free ski lift in winter. You will find a top ski and bike rental directly in the village.
