The goal is that you as an Almliesl landlord do not have to put in any effort. For the extensive & comprehensive Almliesl services, a margin is added to the agreed contract amount, thus calculating the sale price for the guest. This can vary depending on the season and sales channel (partners & platforms).

👍 Clearly agreed conditions & contract amounts apply, after personal consultation and coordination. This creates trust and offers security for all parties.
👍 Contracts are concluded for 1 year (seasonal businesses for 1 season). We are always very happy when we can count on longer sales phases with you, as this gives us a sales advantage and allows us to plan optimally. Every booking counts!
👍 Security with every booking: In case of a last-minute cancellation by the guest, if your accommodation is not rented again, you will receive a fair, proportional cancellation payment.
👍 The billing of bookings is done by bank transfer at the beginning of each month.
