with 2 separate 2-room apartments with balcony on the 1st floor, one for 4 people (approx. 40 m²) and one for 6 people (approx. 60 m²), each with 1 bedroom, furnished balcony, satellite TV, free WiFi, parking, separate entrance for each apartment. Both apartments can be rented together for 10 people. The owners are living on the ground floor (separate entrance). Events and loud parties are not allowed.

Arrival: From the centre of Bad Gastein approx. 1,6 km via an asphalted road, the last 100 m to the house on a gravel path. Snow chains are recommended in winter!

Mountain holiday Above the roofs of Bad Gastein
Carefree holidays can be enjoyed in this newly built holiday home on a sunny hill above Bad Gastein, at the base of the Graukogel. Surrounded by pistes and lifts in winter, starting point for many hiking and mountain bike routes in summer, this holiday domicile is situated in a quiet location with no traffic. The flats are new and designed with plenty of wood and nature in mind. Spacious rooms, bright wooden furniture as well as wooden floors and panels radiate a cosy atmosphere. The flats have separate entrances, but can also be booked together for larger groups of up to 10 persons.
The panoramic view across the entire Gasteinertal Valley is unforgettable. With this view, the world stops for a moment and you can enjoy the magical impressions of nature. Entertainment pure provide the sheep and goats on the meadows around the Schreckgut when they chase after the bread that is offered. The farm dog is also already waiting for cuddles and friends to play with.
If you want to climb in dizzy heights in summer, then there are many hiking trails starting directly at the front door. Babbling brooks, crystal-clear mountain lakes and splendid alpine meadows leave you with a feeling of calm and tranquillity.
The downhill run of the Graukogel ski resort is only 300 m away and is the perfect access point to the Salzburger Sportwelt Ski amadé. Depending on the snow situation, the downhill run even leads directly to the house. The “Stubnerkogel - Angertal - Schlossalm“ ski swing, which connects Bad Gastein with Bad Hofgastein, can be reached within a 5 minutes‘ drive.
The “Felsentherme“ in Bad Gastein invite to cosy relaxation and chilling out after an exciting day outdoors.
Our tip: An excursion to the summit of the local mountain, the Stubnerkogel, is very rewarding: Apart from the 140-m long suspension bridge swaying gently in the wind, there is now the new attractive “Glocknerblick” observation platform directly opposite.
