Holiday between mountain and lake
This holiday home is situated in a side road of a small residential estate in Schüttdorf, which is part of Zell am See. The house was renovated a few years ago and has been furnished with much comfort. The old furniture is well-maintained and radiates a feel-good atmosphere.
The large garden and the furnished terrace invite to playing football or BBQs in summer. The house is especially popular with smaller groups or groups of friends. A large dining table in the kitchen and the spacious living room invite to sociable get-togethers.
In summer, you reach Lake Zell quickly by bicycle. Many sporty water activities are waiting for you there. The surf and sailing school is located directly at the southern shore and looks forward to your visit. The Porsche Horse Riding Club, which offers horseback and carriage rides, is close by. Anyone who is looking for ice and winter sport in not so snow-reliable periods or even in summer enjoys the best view to the eternal ice of the Kitzsteinhorn, the glacier in neighbouring Kaprun, directly from the holiday home.
The Areitbahn lift is only a short walk away in winter. From there, you reach the Zell am See – Kaprun ski resort where you can enjoy an eventful winter‘s day.
