The flat house with three Almliesl flats is located on the Schmittenstraße in the direction of Zell am See's local mountain - the Schmittenhöhe. This is one of the starting points for many kilometres of pistes and lots of winter fun.
The crystal-clear Lake Zell is only around 1 km away and provides fun and action in both summer and winter. The popular town centre, Zell am See is the capital of the Pinzgau, invites you to shop and stroll with its shops, bars, boutiques and restaurants. The small town in the countryside with around 9,600 inhabitants is surrounded by mountains and nature - an Eldorado for sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.
