On the last few metres to the car park, you’ll be captivated by the property’s sun-drenched location and the surrounding blossoming meadows.

Before you enter your holiday residence through the solid old wooden doors, pause for a moment and enjoy the views across the meadows – because they are simply priceless. You can also enjoy them from your pine sauna cabin with its large panoramic windows. The Almhaus was completed in summer 2021. When designing the property and its furnishings, the owners focused on high-quality carpentry work and sustainability. No compromises were made in the use of natural materials and commissioning of tradesmen from local, traditional companies.

Summer pleasure
Hiking and mountain bike tours start right on your doorstep. As you’re already at a height of around 1,200 m above sea level, summit tours and mountain chalets serving food are not too far away. The main attractions are the small alpine towns of St. Johann or Wagrain with their bars, restaurants and boutiques. The famous Mozart city of Salzburg is around 1 hour away by car. You should definitely plan time for enjoying some pleasure & culture.
Winter action
Go down from the Almhaus into the valley and onto the well-prepared slopes in the Snow Space Salzburg area. The ski region has recently been connected with the neighbouring Shuttleberg Flachauwinkel-Kleinarl and Zauchensee-Flauchwinkel ski area. That means for you: 12 summits, 5 valleys and a total of 210 kilometres of slopes in the heart of the Ski amadé region!
Tip: Liechtenstein Gorge is a mystical and fantastical place that is steeped in legend. It’s a true spectacle of nature that you shouldn’t miss. And there’s more: children love the Geisterberg Adventure Mountain. 40 stations across 1,800 m promise pure adventure!
