Your charming holiday home nestles between gentle mountain tops and the famous Koralpe, in the middle of the beautiful Lavant Valley - "Carinthia’s Paradise".
The new owners have lovingly prepared the cosy holiday home, situated surrounded by fir trees and its own garden, for your holiday. Timber dominates the rooms and provides a homely and pleasant living atmosphere.
Crossing the spacious kitchen-living room, with a large sitting area and solid wood kitchen block, you get to the balcony. The panoramic view from the balcony into the beautiful Lavant Valley offers unforgettable impressions in every season.
The chalet was recently renovated and now offers these highlights:

Hikers and cyclists find their paradise here
The Lavant Valley holiday region can be explored on more than 1,000 kilometres of marked, family-friendly hiking trails. Cyclists will be delighted by the Lavant Cycle Track on the "Via Carinzia", which leads to the Styrian border.
Important: Between apple trees, vines and vast alpine meadows, the focus is always on enjoyment, not performance.
After an eventful day, you can end the evening hours with a barbecue in the beautiful garden. When making plans, you should consider the crisp hiking tour to the summit cross of the "Große Speikkogel" or the circular hiking route to the Styrian Weinebene. An experience for everyone is the leisurely hiking tour to the Pomps Waterfall.
The nearby recreational area "Sankt Andräer See" (approx. 25 minutes by car) or the famous Lake Klopein (approx. 45 minutes by car) provide well-deserved refreshment.
The Koralpe, Klippitztörl and Weinebene ski resorts are called "Carinthia's ski school"
Families, beginners and returners in particular will find their happiness on perfectly groomed pistes. The Koralpe ski resort is only 3.5 kilometres away from your holiday home and is the first two-thousand-metre high mountain in the south-eastern Alps boasting over 24 kilometres of pistes and a new snow park.
Tip: For rainy days, we recommend a visit to the historical town of Wolfsberg with its magnificent castle.
