Skiing and hiking directly from the hut
Cosy, luxurious, perfect hut holidays! The recently renovated alpine hut is situated in a stunning location directly in the ski and hiking resort of the Neukirchen National Park village. The accommodation is ideal for a holiday with friends or the family. A day of skiing in winter as well as a hiking or mountain bike tour in summer start directly at the hut’s front door.
The former serviced ski hut has been built from old wood in the style of a Canadian log cabin and was completely renovated in summer 2015. Today, you stay in a farmhouse-style hut with comfortable amenities in a secluded location - a real architectural gem. This alpine hut offers luxury and high-quality living. The facilities and furniture of this hut will surpass your expectations. Whether the kitchen with top-modern coffee machine, ski room with boot dryer or the spacious terrace with brick barbeque, the facilities complement the paradise feeling on your holiday.
The absolute highlight is the sauna pod with panorama window. You can enjoy the stunning mountain panorama while taking a long sauna. 3 separate bathrooms ensure that there are no “queues“ in the holiday home. Thus, an exciting day can always start without delay.
Enjoy a priceless panoramic view to the Hohe Tauern and the Kitzbühel Alps - Mother Nature radiates her charm all around you. The wide range of activities encourages you to show your skills: via ferrata, canyoning, Flying Fox, tandem flight or archery. There is no time for boredom.
The hut’s location is of great advantage in winter. Leave the hut and return to the hut without taking off your skis. Hardly any 5-Star hotel can offer this. The Wildkogel Ski Arena with its snow-covered and snow-reliable pistes of all levels of difficulty and with great conditions right into spring beckons in winter.
Tip: Visit the Krimml Waterfalls in summer. With a 390-m drop, they are Europe’s highest waterfalls. Your excursion programme in winter should include the world’s longest illuminated toboggan run. The run is 14 km long and has a difference in altitude of 1.300 m.
