  • handling credit card billing (disagi per card around 2%, carried by Almliesl)
  • dealing with travel and cancelation insurance
  • dispatching travel documents
  • transmitting special ski and bike hire packages of Almliesl partners
  • providing a 24/7 emergency service for guests and accommodation owners
  • offering an attractive catalogue and/or flyer presentation
  • maintaining a comprehensive online presentation at www.almliesl.com

In the Pinzgau region and the surrounding area, we can offer the following services:

  • registration of the guests
  • handing over of the keys
  • cleaning after departure and preparation and check for the next guests

For the perfect start, we come to you and take professional photos, create optimal texts for the sale and translate the texts into 2 languages for the website.

Do you have a holiday accommodation in the Pinzgau region and the surrounding area and have no time for renting out and object management? Perhaps you are not even local and need help?

Our additional services in return for payment:

  • quality check for optimal renting out
  • inventory and spare parts procurement
  • arranging for a janitor for all routine jobs or specialists for repairs; settlement and offset of tradesmen invoices
