There are around 5.600 km of officially approved mountain bike routes and 230 km of single trails for a bike holiday. 80 ski resorts with a total of around 3.400 kilometres of pistes delight skiers and snowboarders, and there are 4.000 kilometres of well-groomed cross-country ski tracks to choose from. The 5 Tyrolean glacier ski resorts guarantee fun in the snow all year round. For relaxation, immerse yourself in the aqua and sauna worlds of the individual regions.
