Between the “Bösenstein“ and “Paradies“, from the “Himmeleck“ to the “Hölleralm“: The Hohe Tauern and the Triebental Valley offer hiking and mountain tours of all levels of difficulty, leisurely cycle tracks and exciting mountain bike routes for everyone.
Formula 1, Moto GP and all other famous motor events come to the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg. A giant playground with go-cart track and trial terrain for motor fans of all ages. The Red Bull Ring makes it possible.
The Murtal Valley ski mountains convince not only with excellent piste quality but also with snow-reliability through top-modern snowmaking systems in winter. 170 kilometres of pistes, 61 cable cars and lifts invite to snow-reliable fun on the pistes.
The Kreischberg is known through media reporting on the Snowboard World Cup. 14 lift facilities and numerous fun factors turn the Kreischberg into an adventure mountain. Tubing, a permanent race track and a speed track provide adrenalin kicks directly next to Styria’s freestyle hotspot.
The Almliesl Murau-Kreischberg region at the Mur presents itself from its best side from January to December. The region, nestling between the Lower Tauern and the Nockberg Mountains, is known for its pleasant climate, the lush green forests and meadows and for the healthy air. The wood-dominated region is situated in the tri-border region of the Austrian Federal States of Styria, Carinthia and Salzburg.
