Getting closer to nature

The holiday home is located directly next door to the owners‘ farm, surrounded by stunning natural scenery and there is an idyllic forest nearby. The rugged mountain ranges of the Steinere Meer as backdrop create an impressive setting.

The holiday home is comfortably furnished. A special feature can be admired in the bedrooms; the furniture here has been beautifully decorated with country style paintings! The ground floor comprises of a small living area, and the kitchen and bedrooms are located on the first floor. Adjacent to the well-kept garden is a covered patio with tables and benches. Here you can experience pure nature surrounded by a unique landscape. Enjoy the beautiful view to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier in Kaprun.

Various ski resorts can be reached by car within half an hour in winter. All you have to do is choose: Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, Kaprun-Zell am See or Maria Alm, Hinterthal.

This location is a true hiking paradise in summer. Cyclists also get what their heart desires in this beautiful area. Cycling trails for the advanced and beginners complement this holiday paradise.

Our tip: A visit to the stables is great fun for children! Tobogganing at the Biberg is of course possible in winter and in summer.
