Surrounded by the Kitzbühel Alps and more than 30 mighty three thousand metres high mountains, including the king of the mountains – the Grossglockner!
Spacious, bright, open rooms created from natural building materials give this house an appearance of lightness and transparency. Great emphasis has been put on a cosy and traditional style and the use of native timber. All building materials are of high-quality origin and many pieces of furniture have been handmade by the owner. The house is a great combination of timber, stone and plenty of light.
The kitchen offers plenty of space for creativity. The very spacious, well-equipped and modern kitchen offers an electric cooker aswell as a wood-fired stove. This wood-fired stove can be used for cooking as well as for heating. The bedrooms have been furbished with a great amount of natural timber and radiate a romantic and cosy atmosphere. Next to the house is a farm building. The animal neighbours let children’s hearts beat faster. The spacious design makes this holiday home the perfect holiday destination for families, friends or groups.
Apart from hiking and mountain biking, archery or a joint tour with a National Park Ranger should also be a must on the agenda in summer. Aha moments guaranteed.
The small Naglköpfl ski resort is an insider tip among the locals in winter. Fun in the snow is on the agenda at the glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn almost all year round. The Tauern SPA in Kaprun or the Hohe Tauern National Park Centre in Mittersill are a great alternative on rainy days.
Tip: The Naglköpfl Adventure Mountain is also a great experience in the evening in winter. An illuminated toboggan run and snowtubing are just some of the attractions here. Swimming with distinction is on the agenda in summer. The Hinkelsteinbad has been named as one of the country’s most beautiful pools.
