But times have changed, as the holiday resort has discovered its potential for unforgettable holidays in the mountains and made it accessible to nature lovers. The region scores with the special features of the Großvenediger landscape or the natural monument "Untersulzbach Waterfall".

The location between the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Kitzbühel Alps is unique.

The holiday home in country house style has recently been partially renovated and scores with new bedrooms and chic furnishing details.
Up to 10 persons can spend their most wonderful time of the year here, cooking together and enjoying film evenings in the chic lounge. All bedrooms are comfortable double rooms with their own balcony and bathroom. There is certainly no "stress" in the morning before a day of skiing in the Wildkogel Arena in winter, or on the way to the high-altitude hiking area in summer.

Great fun for kids

The Wildkogel is an action mountain for children and the young at heart.
Not all kids are enticed by the numerous hiking tours and mountain bike trails. But there is certainly no stopping them on the adventure mountain with the Kogel Mogel Adventure Arena and the Wildkogel activity programme. Take the Wildkogel cable car up to the adventure playground with equipment made of wood, jump on the trampoline, swing, climb and at the end take the slide back down to the valley ... or maybe take the mountain cart?

Your day of skiing starts at the front door

Once you've got your skis, you're ready to go! It's about 500 m to the mountain railway and then you're at once at 2,100 m above sea level, where 75 km of top pistes are waiting for you. The famous ski resorts, such as the Zillertal Arena and the Kitzbühel Alps, with around 300 kilometres of pistes, are also in the immediate vicinity.

Tip: With the new e-liner (electric train), mobility in the Wildkogel Arena becomes more climate-friendly. Guests of all ages are taken in comfort to the starting points of the WildkogelAktiv programme.
