The recently renovated holiday apartment is situated on the first floor of a private house in the idyllic village of Neukirchen. Only a few walking minutes away from the village centre and the Wildkogelbahn lift, this region-typical house is located at the end of a residential road directly at the forest. The apartment itself is very modern, in the latest style with plenty of timber, of high quality and cosy. The new fully equipped living/kitchen area with large solid wood dining table, extra-large flat screen TV and cosy sofa is ideal for eating, playing, relaxing and spending time together. All rooms feature parquet flooring and indirect lighting, are decorated in warm colours and are furnished with high-quality furniture made by a professional carpenter. New bathrooms with stylish tiling and level-access shower with glass shower cubicle complement the luxurious living comfort.

The little sundowner in the evening should be enjoyed on the large balcony. The best good-night stories are of course invented here when enjoying a glass of wine under the starry sky.

The popular National Park Summer Card is included in the local tax in summer:
A selection of over 60 services, including mountain railways, swimming lakes, sports and leisure activities, are at your disposal. The card includes also the free of charge use of the Pinzgau local railway and all Salzburg Verkehr postbus services between Königsleiten and Rauris, a day ticket for the Grossglockner High Alpine Road and a day ticket for the Gerlos Alpine Road. These are just some of the worthwhile highlights of the card.

The Hohe Tauern National Park region is a must for hiking fans. The unique fauna and flora of the Alps can be observed here. Hiking and mountain bike routes start directly at the front door. Downhill bikers also get what their heart desires. The end of the freeride route is hidden away behind the house.

The location of the house is perfect for ski sports fans in winter. The downhill run for tobogganers and skiers/snowboarders leads directly to the front door. The trail leads from the cellar to the ski and boots storage room directly into the warm living room. The kids will enjoy an excursion to the world‘s longest illuminated toboggan run in Bramberg.

By the way: Service for Almliesl guests is important to the owners of the house. Thus, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, tea towels and toilet paper are provided and included in the rate. Also recommended is the bread roll service which is provided by the landlord.
