You will be staying in a top modern, newly built holiday flat of around 120 m². A spiral staircase leads up to a cosy gallery, a retreat that can also be used as a sleeping area. 
The high living areas are flooded with light and the high-quality furnishings are dominated by light-coloured wood. The relaxing scent of wood ensures deep marmot sleep in the stylishly furnished double rooms. The bathrooms are ultra-modern and at ground level right down to the spacious shower area. Quality is a top priority, right down to the last joint.

The modern, open-plan kitchen in the living area, small but nice, has everything you need:

• Dishwasher
• Fully automatic coffee machine
• A modern 4-plate ceramic hob that conjures up delicious dishes from the organic produce from the self-service fridge on the farm.

At the end of an eventful day in the Hohe Tauern National Park, the cosy sitting area and the spacious living area are the hub for the news of the day. Or you can enjoy the evening hours on the spacious balcony with a relaxing glass of wine and the best view of the vast surrounding meadows.

Your winter highlights:

From the Panoramabahn middle station, you can reach the Kitzbühel ski area directly via the Resterhöhe
Cross-country skiing paradise: The 10 km long Hochmoor panoramic trail is located at 1,250 metres above sea level. Pure idyll awaits you on perfectly groomed trails through romantic snow-covered forests.
Have you ever skied at night? A great experience on the Gaisberg lift on the night ski piste until 9.30 pm.

Real summer highlights:

In Mittersill, with its neighbouring villages of Hollersbach and Stuhlfelden, you are spoilt for choice. Over 60 hiking routes and themed trails provide plenty of variety in the centre of the National Park region. A special highlight is exploring the unique mountain world with an experienced national park ranger. A special kind of school of life.
