Your holiday home is located between the adventurous mountain summer, the golden hiking autumn and the largest ski resort in East Tyrol. You spend your holiday in this spacious holiday home surrounded by quaint farms and fragrant sloping meadows.
The new-build house has been furnished in a modern country house style
With their woodwork on the ceilings and furniture, master carpenters have given the rooms a lot of regional charm. The large fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, and the living room is very cosy. The centre of the living room is dominated by the comfortable sitting area and the warming tiled stove. This special place above the stove is, based on experience, particularly popular and is often fairly awarded by tossing a coin. For those seeking relaxation, the gallery leads through the living room from the first floor and ends in front of the infrared cabin.
Accompanied by high ceilings with ornate panelling and indirect lighting, you access the first floor which accommodates
- the cosy bedrooms,
- the modern master bathroom,
- a separate wardrobe space and
- access to the spacious balcony with panoramic view.
In summer, the huge, furnished terrace should definitely be used for a barbecue on balmy evenings
Watching the sun setting behind the mountains of Matrei is a real experience after extensive hiking and mountain bike tours.
In winter, you are only 100 m away from the piste
Just a few steps and you are in the middle of the multi-award-winning East Tyrolean ski resort. Alternatively, the extensive network of cross-country ski tracks, ice skating or tobogganing should also be on your holiday agenda.
Tip: Zedlach Paradise: The network of tracks leads through a 600-year-old larch forest and is indeed a natural paradise.
