A beautiful alpine hut in a vast alpine pasture area of Leogang, on a clearing at the edge of the forest. The hut offers a picture-perfect holiday: Quiet and time for relaxation and exploring nature! This is “real“ luxury. The feeling of coming home - after every excursion, after every hiking tour.
Wood panels dominate the hut inside as well as outside. The hut is fenced, thus the cows grazing on the pasture don’t get too close to the hut window. The furniture is proof of high-quality carpenter’s work and the fragrance of wood dominates the rooms. The brick-built tiled stove in the cosy living room radiates authentic hut atmosphere and provides a comfy feeling. An old wood-fired stove is waiting in the kitchen; even homemade bread can be baked here.
The Leogang Steinberg Mountains rise on the opposite side of the valley. A direct view to the impressive mountain massif can be enjoyed from the sunny, furnished terrace. The region at the Asitz is perfect for hiking tours of all levels of difficulty and the hut is the ideal starting point.

This card entitles to many free of charge services like: one free uphill and downhill ride with the Asitzbahn (Leogang) or the lift facilities in Saalbach Hinterglemm daily, free admission to the indoor pool in Leogang, guided hiking tours, etc.
