**Heating:** Brick wood-burning stove, central heating via wood-burning stove
**Water:** Hot water via central heating, spring water from own source
**Arrival:** Approx. 4 km via a paved forest road to the parking lot (fee €8.00 per day). The landlord will transport guests and their luggage on arrival and departure
**Location:** Outside Neukirchen in the Obersulzbachtal valley – Großvenediger in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park
