**Water:** Grander spring water (not drinking water), hot water via boiler (solar cell) and central heating
**Arrival:** Access via unpaved forest road – in winter, access is only possible with a four-wheel drive vehicle
**Location:** Sunny mountain location. The llama stables and another stable building are located in the immediate vicinity. These are occasionally used by the owners.
