Pustertal

The Pustertal valley is in the east of South Tyrol and stretches from east to west along the Rienz, between Brixen and Lienz. The larger part belongs to South Tyrol, but a smaller part is part of the Austrian East Tyrol. Picturesque villages like Bruneck, Welsberg, Toblach, Innichen, Sillian, etc. lie at an altitude of between 700 and 1600 m.
