A hut with 3 rooms, approx 55m², 2x sleeping deck, satellite TV, radio, terrace. Parking space in front of the hut, cows grazing just outside.

The Niederhauseralm lies secluded in a clearing at the edge of the forest in the middle of a rural area. The hut was recently built with light natural wood.
You can enjoy a holiday here with home comforts, and really relax on the sun terrace. The hut is perfect for a holiday for 2 or a small group.
Beautiful woods, gentle fields, numerous footpaths, a view to the nearby Kaiser mountain range – you can find this, and much more at the Niederhauseralm in Schwendt! Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away by car.
Important: "Ski for free!" – where? – in Kaiserwinkl in Tyrol. A reduced price skiing week takes place between 15.-22.01.2011 in the Kaiserwinkl region (50% reduction on the price of a 6 day ski pass for the Kössen lifts or the Zahmer Kaiser Walchsee lifts, if you book for 7 days) The free ski week takes place between 12.-19.03.2011 (free 6 day ski pass if you book for 7 days!)
Access: The last 1000 m to the hut are on a loose gravel track.
