Almliesl SAAB-571 - General information

Extraordinary - cosy- relaxed - original - natural

The location alone is a promise of luxury; a fabulous, peaceful setting and yet just a few minutes’ walk from the action.

The chalets were newly built in 2017, and from the outset were conceived and designed in an ecological way. The secret behind this: the best in quality, natural construction materials, and excellent craftsmanship. Local materials such as larch wood, oak, and spruce were mainly used. The interior is home to a fascinating interplay of tradition, modernity, a strong link with nature, and a touch of extravagance. The entrance area is spacious, with enough room for storage of skis, boots, and bikes. Ceilings, doors, and floors are made of local spruce, and the staircase is solid oak. The fragrance of wood pervades the air throughout the chalet, like a perfume. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide a pleasant, private environment. The stone pine beds contain absolutely no metal. It has been proved in studies that stone pine strengthens the heart and blood circulation, providing restful sleep and improved general well-being. The noble dining and kitchen area with living room on the raised gallery is the heart of the chalet. The large dining table is lovely for eating around, playing, and chatting together. It’s easy to forget about multimedia when staying here as the collection of games soon captivates guests. With the large panoramic windows and the views from the terrace on the 2nd floor, the mountains appear so near you could touch them. The spacious sun terrace is sheltered from the wind, offering pure inspiration, and a natural border for privacy. Heating throughout the building is by means of healthy radiated heat from an infrared system.

Access to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn is just 200 m away; with over 270 km of piste, 70 modern lifts, it guarantees pleasure and diversity of the highest quality in winter. But in summer too, Saalbach is home to over 400 km of hiking paths, with the possibility for more leisurely walkers to take lifts up the mountains. For those wanting a faster pace, there are over 400 km of mountain biking routes and trails in the region.
