This "Old mill" is a 100 years old house in the romantic "Rauriser valley". The house with the oringinal mill-wheal is a historic trinket. The owner did renovate it piece by piece very lovely, and did fit it with rustic furniture.

In winter this object is ideal for quiet and homelike holidays. Enjoy the quietness not far away the centres of Rauris, Gastein valley or the Ski-area Zell am See/Kaprun. (approx. 5-25km far)

In summer here you have the best possibilites for a active holidays in the nature. The "Kolm-Saigurn" is one of the most beautyfull parts of this valley. Rafting and canyoning on the "Saalach". Tours on a lot of mountainbike-trails or "panning for gold" is also possible...
